1. Write up your observations on the evolutions of the web (pag.10/13).

The evolution of the web is amazing and did not stop yet. As we know, the internet had born a fruit of military research done in the US during the Cold War.As we can see on the page 11, since 1991 and 1994, the web had evolutions but not so much. We can call this phase “Web 1.0” and this phase are content features that could not be changed by end users, the read-only page content and no user interaction with the page and the user doing just a spectator. After 2004, we can say the web had a big evolution. Since these year, 2004, the web start to grow up and on the same time the web start to have other functions. In this phase, we can call “Web 2.0” and it is characterized by interactivity and participation of the end user with the structure and page content, user making a contributor. The last phase came more or less in 2007 with the name “Web 3.0”. In this phase we have more colors and a lot of ups and down the same. This Web 3.0 intends to organize and use smarter all the information already available on the Internet and serving as a giant database.

  1. Check out the results of Edelman trust barometer 2015 for your country of origin and Belgium. (page 30).

Edelman is a large independent firm of public relations in the world with offices in 60 cities and about 4.000 employees worldwide.

Watching the Barometer, we can see that neither Belgium in Portugal are on the barometer. For Portugal we can conclude that not is because as happens in the southern European countries, they believe more in the European Union to lead the financial crisis than trust their own government, which is connected to a “low confidence” in the respective executives, down from 50%.
